Description of Services
FluxNow provides an AI-native backend platform for developers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Intellectual Property
FluxNow and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, software, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you create using our services.
You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to operate and provide the services.
Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluxNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
