About FluxNow
Built by engineers who got tired of rebuilding the same stack.
A small globally-distributed team, headquartered in Warsaw. Ex-FAANG engineers and indie builders, shipping the backend platform we wished existed.
Why we exist
We kept rebuilding the same pile of scaffolding for every project — a registry, a CI pipeline, secrets that weren't a .env in Slack, a preview environment, a migration hook. We ran the same playbook on our side projects, at our previous companies, for friends' startups. It was the part of the job we enjoyed least, and the part nobody wanted to own.
So we wrote FluxNow. It's the platform we would have paid real money for, years ago. We run every one of our own services on it — the dashboard, this website, the onboarding service that provisions your preview database. When something breaks, it breaks for us first.

What we believe
Own the stack.
Bare metal, open-source components, no cloud lock-in. We can SSH into it when it lies to us.
Boring tech, sharp taste.
Postgres, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD — everything we pick has to be the boringest thing that does its job.
Dogfood everything.
Every FluxNow service runs on FluxNow. When it breaks, it breaks for us first, and we fix it before you see it.
Ship daily, write weekly.
We keep the feedback loop tight. Code goes out in hours, not sprints. We publish what we learn.
